Rock and Roll Ice Cream
- 2 Cups Milk
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 4 Tablespoons Evaporated Milk Ice
- Rock Salt
- 1 Small Coffee Can 1 Large Coffee Can
Combine milk, sugar, vanilla, and evaporated milk in small coffee can and mix well. Place lid on can and tape closed using duct tape. Place small can inside large coffee can. Pack ice around small can and sprinkle with rock salt. Place lid on large can and tape closed using duct tape. Roll can back and forth between two or three people for approximately 20 minutes. Ingredients should be mixed together and slightly frozen; ice cream will not be hard.
** Note: This is best done outside or somewhere you don’t need to worry about salty water leaking onto carpets.
